Dear VC,
This is one of the major concerns from potential buyers looking at the area, looking for freehold properties at the price range. Some of the properties in this area are even cheaper than leasehold properties elsewhere. If you fall into this category of buyer who is looking at freehold properties within the price range, I would say that you probably will not have better options.
